Distributing Layer 4 connectivity to resources within a region. If we have redundant app, we can have an internal load balancer with the load balancer which it’s private just within our virtual network.

Layer 4 is about TCP, UDP connectivity.
Specific region.
We have the capability to balance solutions for public access as well : we want to provide public connectivity so we need to use a public load balancer.
Difference between public load balancer and private load balancer : public is used to allow for outbound public internet connectivity.
